Only the French can make the classic New York style CHEESECAKE.  Cream cheese, eggs, sugar, dairy-fresh sour cream, a touch of lemon zest and imported Madagascar vanilla beans baked in our brisee crust are the magic behind this popular treat.  Served best at room temperature to allow the flavors to truly come to fruition, it can be presented as-is or with your own fresh fruit toppings, chocolate shavings or sauce or countless other toppings.  This is larger (11 inch) and thicker than most of our classic offerings making it very versatile and an extremely excellent value as well.
