LA TARTE TATIN
Our TARTE TATIN is to French pastries as Paris is to France…You can’t imagine one without dreaming of the other. We make ours from the finest Washington State golden delicious apples, pure creamery butter, cane sugar and fresh homemade puff pastry. These sinful tarts are all organic and trans-fat free. Once you’ve tried ours, you will never think of apples in the same light. We recommend serving either warm or at room temperature. Although these are scrumptious as-is, vanilla gelato makes them irresistible. Your customers may just skip dinner and go right to dessert!
